Currently, we're recruiting Food Delivery Support Specialist (m/f) for a European platform that connects you with cars, motorcycles, scooter sharing, or food delivery from your favourite restaurant. Fast, convenient and affordable service for everyone...
If you speak native or have a high level of Portuguese with English, you are the perfect fit!
Profile:
- Oral and written communication skills in one or more of the following language - Native Portuguese and a good level of English (B2/C1 Level > mandatory);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proactivity and dynamism;
- Very good technical knowledge (eliminatory);
- Strong Customer and results orientation.
Conditions: RBM + Language Bonus + meal allowance + bonus per month + night shift
Workload: Mon-Sun - 24/7 with rotating shifts 8h/day (40h week)
