Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused on the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.CRYOPDP, acquired by Cryoport, is a leading global provider of innovative temperature-controlled logistics solutions to the clinical research, pharmaceutical and cell and gene therapy market.
In order to grow their business, CRYOPDP is recruiting a Financial Controller that will be responsible for tracking CRYOPDP performance against the business plan, the budget analyzing,business performance and market conditions to create forecasts and helping the senior management make tactical and and strategic decisions (including M&A) by providing periodic reports and analysis.
competências
- University degree in Management, Finance or relevant field;
- 1-2 years of prior work experience in the Financial Department in a multinational company or in a Big Four;
- Strong knowledge in corporate finance;
- Internal reporting tools expertise;
- Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (plus);
- Creative, proactive and innovative;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
responsabilidades
- Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support;
- Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting (including Cryoport reports);
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes;
- Identify opportunities for performance improvement across the organization;
- Maintain knowledge and keep abreast of new investment regulations or policies;
- Develop models that help with decision-making;
- Support the team on financial technical topics (tax, audit,etc.);
- Work on development projects for supporting the operations and the business;
- Scout information about targeted company worldwide and draft the summary sheet;
- Support the Corporate Finance manager in business valuations (DCF, multiple, etc.);
- Assist in the transactions phases (financial analysis, due diligence, etc.);
- Participate to build the presentation for approval by the shareholder.
