Field work in start-ups, maintenance, and emergency repairs for VERTIV UPS, battery, power distribution, and site monitoring equipment.Required to establish, promote and maintain excellent relations with all customers and others within the area.
Primary Duties
• Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty
• Reports directly to Service Supervisor
• Perform all work in a safe manner, and in accordance with established company safety policy
• Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures
• Keep Dispatching Team informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs
• Ensure availability to work during week-end and night in compliance with local labor laws
Required qualifications & Experience
• Technical degree in Electrical/Electronic school or equivalent
• Knowledge in electrical and power systems
• High Level in English, both written and spoken
• Computer Literate in Windows/DOS platform
• Valid Driving License, travel availability, occasional weekend and night availability (sometimes scheduled with little notice)
• Occasional heavy lifting required (30 kg.)

• Excellent customer service skills
• Self starter, ability to effective plan, organize, and manage time effectively

- Line Manager: Service Supervisor
- Permanent position, full time position (40 hours per week) after 6 month trial period
- Location: base in Sintra - Lisboa, with travel mobility in particular for the southern part of Portugal.
