We are recruiting for a expanding, internationally successful group of companies that develops and produces high-quality electrical household appliances for world-famous brands.
O que terás de fazer
- Responsible for the operation of the ERP system at 3 locations of the group
- Responsible for mapping the business processes in the ERP system (Infor M3) and the consistent alignment and further development to the requirements of the business
- Development of strategies for the further digitization of the company
- Project management as well as participation in the project teams including planning,
- Management, control and risk management
- Development and testing of requirement analyze and process descriptions
- Ensuring the documentation of procedures and processes, as well as their further development
- Resource planning (regarding normal working hours and on-call services)
- Comply with and enforce rules and guidelines
- Perform problem analysis
- Conducting user training
- Support employees in the "ICT ERP Services" department
