Kelly Services is recruiting a HR Administrator English and Italian Speaker, for our client Siemens S.A., located in Alfragide.
Join the Siemens GBS team as HR Administrator English and Italian Speaker and help them provide valuable and outstanding business services to their customers! Their Hire-to-Retire business line delivers a variety of innovative Human Resources services along the complete lifecycle of an employee - from onboarding to off-boarding! They also provide services related to HR Administration, Payroll, Equity & Benefits and much more!
Responsibilities:
Execution of tasks related to Human Resources Administration for Siemens:
- Data and employee lifecycle event management related to internal or external employees (from onboarding to termination);
- Management of employee related organizational structure (cost center, org unit, manager);
- Travel & Expenses audits and user support;
- Front-office HR support to customers (mail & phone).
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, Psychology, Social Sciences or similar (preferable);
- Knowledge of labor legislation/payroll/Time management (highly recommended);
- At least 2 years of experience in similar functions;
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
- Solid SAP and MS Office knowledge;
- Team Player, with a strong customer focus, results & quality orientation;
- Reliable, organized, autonomous and with strong communication skills.
