We are recruiting a E-RetailPerformance and Content Manager to the development of a project in our client Samsung, a multinational technology company.
O que terás de fazer
You will take care of the Digital presence of Samsung throughout our eRetailers and Pure Players within Portugal. Your mission will be to plan, create and maintain Samsung brand contents in our partner’s websites together with our KAM and Communications team and analyse the results of your actions to learn and deploy even better plans on a roll out basis. You will work together with the Retail and Communications team and the Sales team in Portugal (KAMS and Sales Reps) and with the Digital teams in Spain and London.
Work queues:
- Strategize content roadmap, and execute a yearly plan per account on regards to digital contents together with your counterparts in Marcom and KAMs;
- Keep a track of activities and contents needed to reach the goals per account;
- Work with our Content Managers briefing them and coordinating all the activities to accomplish launch goals;
- Attend to meetings with KAMs in order to understand the needs and goals from the retailer and generate the best possible contents, for the best possible spaces in their sites;
- Generate the right processes with all the teams involved, in order to create the appropriate deliverables and reports for our eRetailers and PP, that can be discussed internally and actioned to generate profit. Implement the correct dashboards easily visualized to have a follow up of your actions and report to the key stakeh.
O que precisas de garantir
- Digital related degree, desirable a Master Degree in Digital Marketing;
- Experience of 1 to 2 years working with data, and dataviz tools, generating insights for decision making, also content creation knowledge would be desirable;
- Similar web and dexi.io knowledge would be desirable;
- Experience working cross-functionally and with creative agencies, generating banners and visual contents;
- Good copy generation abilities for SEO and digital communication like banners and landing pages;
- English speaking is a must, and Spanish would be welcome;
- Experience in Excel and visualization of digital data (visual reporting);
- Basic knowledge of HTML and production environments.

- You have a drive for performance, curiosity to learn and you are a hands-on type of person;
- You enjoy a good challenge, have ability to organize, prioritize and plan in the midst of a pike of work, and are able to work under the stress of a deadline;
- Self-motivated, autonomous decision maker but at the same time a team player who knows that many of our activities are part of a team effort;
- Out-of-the-box thinker and problem solver
- Passionate about data and how the numbers help us develop and execute better plans;
