Adecco Portugal is currently searching and hiring candidates fluent in Dutch and English for a role of Customer Service Representative for his international client.Funções
• As the first point of contact to communicate with our customers;• Handle inquiries and complaints via telephone, email, chat, and social media;
• Ensure cases are solved within the agreed SLA;
• Identify and escalate issues to the relevant team;
• Adhoc contact center related tasks as assigned;
• Working alongside the Team Leader, Team Manager, Contact Center Manager, HR Manager, Training & Quality Manager, Customer Success Team, Academy Leader, and Operational IT.
Requisitos
• Native / C2 level of Dutch and written and verbal English skills;• Prefer a minimum of 1 year of experience in Contact Center / Customer Service;
• Training will be provided;
• Cars and Electric Vehicles lovers;
• Familiar with Microsoft 365;
• Must be able to handle multiple projects and effectively manage different timelines;
• Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work in shifts;
• Office location: close to Marquês de Pombal, Lisbon.
