We are currently looking for a Design Manager to be responsible for managing the Design department and the team, structuring all the processes, creating the strategies and procedures for an international property management organizationresponsabilidades chave
- Managing a design team and a team of external consultants;
- Responsible for providing creative strategies;
- Mentoring and guiding team members;
- Attending client meetings and ensuring a timely delivery of designs;
- Assigning tasks and executing creative materials;
- providing alternative design solution based on the client budget and timeline;
- Coordinate all design matters relating to a project;
- Helping to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget.
competências
- Experience minimum 5 to 7 years in the interior design field for furniture and building materials 3 years minimum as design manager;
- Excellent level of communication in English;
- Design Interior skills and knowledge;
- Attention to details;
- Team player, communicative and passionate about working in a new environment being developed.
