Included in the Sales and Distribution Area and reporting to the Head of Trading we are currently searching for a Data Analyst.
competências
- Bachelor's degree or Masters in Actuarial Science required;
- A minimum of 2 years in a position related to business performance-oriented data analysis;
- Strong technical knowledge of data analysis, querying, manipulation and visualization (R, Python, SQL, Power BI);
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to push solutions and track progress;
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required;
- Familiarity with cloud-based computing platforms is desirable;
- Experience in project management.
responsabilidades
- Co-define the indicators that are impactful and meaningful in assisting with business plan achievement;
- Actively influence decision-making amongst peer stakeholders;
- Make recommendations to senior management for business improvement and take full ownership of the resulting output;
- Lead project development and fulfilment of committed milestones and dates, prioritizing efforts based on
- potential business impact;
- Analyse demand and conversion trends, provide interpretation, test opportunities to drive more profitable
- business and reforecast business output accordingly;
- Provide insight and collaborate on team decisions, based on internal and external data;
- Assist the Direct channel to move from a short-term product-centric decision-making process to a long-term
- customer-centric (CLTV) one;
- Promote, support and foster innovation in order to result in a more agile decision-making process.
