competências

• A recognized Bachelor or Master degree in relation to Business management, Law or other / or Trade or engineering studies and more specifically in any aeronautics relevant degree
• The position requires willingness to learn about customs and more specifically about customs classification rules.
• English is mandatory and an additional Airbus language would be an asset. Proficiency and interests in IT tools would be preferable
• At least 3-5 years experience of analysis and evaluation of national and inter-company cross-border business relationships.
• Understanding of main business processes and strategic issues.
• The successful candidate must have demonstrated the ability to achieve results in a complex, multi-functional, multi-cultural and multi-geographical environment.
• Proven ability to cooperate with people, preferably across geographies, even without formal reporting lines (e.g. virtual team)
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to rapidly establish credibility and trust among a broad range of individuals within the company and through virtual means of communication.
• Outstanding conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with a high energy level.

responsabilidades

• This position newly created will report directly to the Ho Customs and will be in charge of management of data needed to perform customs clearance activities to ensure customs compliance in front of customs Authorities and secure smooth supply chain:
• The person recruited will have strong customs classification knowledge and/or in Airbus engineering systems
• The person will be integrated into a transverse team able to support requests of customs classification from all countries through an internal network of existing customs classification experts
• The classification expert will work closely with the Financial Systems customs representative to reach end to end digital data management through activities will all departments involved in data needed for customs declarations such as Procurement, Transport-Logistic, Manufacturing, Programs, Finances, etc.
• The person will manage the requests of missing data towards the appropriate stakeholders
• The person will be also responsible for reviewing data quality and will, with the support of the customs teams, propose any applicable updates to the customs Directive A1087 & all associated quality documents and will support the formalization of the ERM process
