responsabilidades chave
Position opened in the Customs department under the leadership of the Tax & Customs Centre of Competences within Finances, covering all Divisions.Be in charge of management of data needed to perform customs clearance activities to ensure customs compliance in front of customs Authorities and secure smooth supply chain;
Strong customs classification knowledge and/or in Airbus engineering systems and/or as data scientist;
Integrated into a transverse team able to support requests of customs classification and other customs data from all countries through an internal network of existing customs classification & data experts;
The data expert will work closely with the Financial Systems customs representative to reach end to end digital data management, through activities with all departments involved in data needed for customs declarations, such as Procurement, Transport-Logistic, Manufacturing, Programs, Finances, etc;
Manage the requests of missing data towards the appropriate stakeholders;
Responsible for reviewing data quality and will, with the support of the customs teams, propose any applicable updates to the customs Directive A1087 & all associated quality documents and will support the formalization of the ERM process.
competências
A recognized Bachelor or Master degree in relation to Business management, Law or other / or Trade, Science or Engineering studies and more specifically in any aeronautics relevant degree;Willingness to learn about customs and more specifically about customs classification rules and/or data scientists;
English is mandatory and an additional language would be an asset;
Proficiency and interests in IT tools would be preferable;
At least 3-5 years experience;
Experience of analysis and evaluation of national and inter-company cross-border business relationships;
Proven ability to cooperate with people, preferably across geographies, even without formal reporting lines (e.g. virtual team), capable of both teamwork and working independently, working with integrity and ethics;
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to rapidly establish credibility and trust among a broad range of individuals within the company and through virtual means of communication;
Outstanding conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills, coupled with a high energy level;
Creativity, innovation sense of anticipation and critical thinking;
Awareness and sensitivity to other cultures and ability to effectively work with colleagues in other countries and regions. This ideally includes international and multicultural working and living experience;
Self learner, i.e. being self aware of strengths and weaknesses, being open and receptive to feedback and taking the steps to improve, as necessary.
