We are recruiting a Customer Support Technician for one of our Clients, a software development company.
O que terás de fazer
This position is all about technical support to the company’s top customers, most of them based in Europe.
Working in direct interface with customer and other peers in the organization, the main goal is to drive customer towards a quick resolution of an incident or query, leveraged by team work,
equipment’s on a lab or direct troubleshooting into customers network.
O que precisas de garantir
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience;
- Between 2-4 years Telecommunications industry experience;
- English spoken/ written is mandatory;
- Available to support emergency call-up on a 24/7 basis; proven track record on a position involved with the 24x7 technical support of telecommunications networks is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge on optical transport and ROADM/DWDM technologies/products.
