We are recruiting a Customer Support Technician for one of our Clients, a softwaredevelopment company.
O que terás de fazer
 - Plans and executes technicaltasks requiring specialist skills in own professional area;
- Works independently with theresponsibility for solving customer request cases and reporting according toprocesses;
- Identifies and solvestechnical problems;
- Shares knowledge in ownprofessional area. May support areas by participating in emergency and 24/7duty.
O que precisas de garantir
- Degree inElectrotechnical, Telecommunications or Technical Training in related areas; - Minimum 1 yearexperience in similar roles; - Fluency in English; - Driver’s license.
