Customer support via phone, email or chat;You will be responsible for clarifying doubts and providing information for customers;
Presentation of services and products, according to the customers' needs;
competências
Fluent in Italian (Required);Good knowledge of English (B1 minimum);
Good communication skills (oral and written);
Excellent argumentative capacity;
Ability to handle customer requests;
Good interpersonal relationship and enjoyment of teamwork;
Computer proficiency;
