Job Description
We are recruiting candidates fluent in English for one of the largest customer support projects in Portugal, connected to one of the most influential social media platforms globally.

Location: Lisbon – Entrecampos
Start: July 2025
Register: In-person, full-time
Schedule: Rotating shifts (day and night)
Contract: 12 months, renewable
Main duties: Support for small and medium-sized companies that advertise on META platforms (Facebook and Instagram) Technical and commercial support via chat, phone and email Resolving queries about ads, campaigns and resources, ensuring an excellent customer experience before and after the sale.
Mandatory requirements:
Fluency in English (minimum C1) – will be tested
Availability for rotating shifts: Daytime: between 06:00 and 24:00 Nighttime: between 21:00 and 07:00
12th grade completed with certificate
Legal residence in Portugal (expression of interest processes are not accepted)
Availability for training in July
Communication, empathy and teamwork skills
Comfort in digital and confidential environments
Conditions offered:
Base salary: €929
Meal allowance: €154 (card)
Christmas and vacation bonus (monthly): €154.84
Approximate gross monthly total: R$1,237.83 25% increase at night
Initial paid training: $92.80 per week
