YOUR ROLE
 
As a Customes Success Manager (F/M) you will be focused on bringing the best tech solutions to existing and prospective clients, ensuring that their business processes reach their highest efficiency levels.
 
You Will:
-Maintain the whole client care cycle, including a continuous overview of all the activities covered by the contract and ensure that all delivery conditions are met;
-Be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring that any possible doubts are addressed, and problems solved promptly;
-Generate and manage a sales pipeline that brings consistent return by converting existing opportunities into predictive and repeatable revenue;
-Collaborate internally on the development of new products and sales prospects;
-Report on regular initiatives and sales forecasts;
