Randstad was challenged by Cisco to fill in a Customer Service & Support position.You'll ensure delivery of excellent customer service processing of orders and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires.
You'll be first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc.
You'll build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.
competências
- 3 years of experience are required
- Excellent command on the English language (excellent written and verbal communication skills, across culture).
- Being self motivated individual and dedicated to client expectations;
- Work with HTTS, Duty Managers and BU Development Engineers to review potential product or software defects.
- Uses technical understanding to work with HTTS and to understand the business impact to the Customer.
- Solid understanding of business process and requirements in a support environment.
- Results driven and focus on the customer
- Commercial and contractual understanding.
- Availability to travel
responsabilidades
- Supports delivery to Service Providers (Region Norther Europe/UK).
- Ensures follow-up and closure of critical problems.
- Regularly interacts with Cisco's customer and internal teams to ensure problem resolution
- Maintain a good relationship with the customer during the course of the problem resolution process, using email, telephone, Webex, video conferencing and other collaboration methods.
- Analysis upon customers request.

This job is for 18 months in total planned - firstly, 3 months, and then, we will renew for another 15 months.
Mostly home office, but preferred to be 1 day in the office per week.
