responsabilidades chave

  • Ensure high solution rate and customer satisfaction at each contact through excellent know how (high part of FCR );
  • Responsibility for dealing with customer contacts by telephone;
  • Serving the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty;
  • Receiving incoming customer calls;
  • Customer advice on all Sunrise services and offers;
  • Creation of added value for the customer;
  • Effective communication with customers considering qualitative and quantitative aspects;
  • Management of administrative issues related to administrative changes, invoicing (incl. collection) and complaints;

competências

  • Excellent communication skills in german and high empathy;
  • Solution oriented;
  • Basic knowledge and experience in a call center;
  • Strong Commitment for a long term project;
  • Flexibility and resistance to stress;
  • Good PC skills;

principais benefícios

What we have for you?

- Base salary of 1250€
- Language bonus (English) - 150 €
- Meal allowanceof 6€/ per worked day
- Performance bonus up to 450 €
- Transport allowance of 20€ per month
- Service anniversary - 900€ after 1 year
