Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in
standardization, harmonization, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g.Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions. Our target is that siloed ways of working/ processes will be a relic of the past within the AGBS. To drive such culture change we are looking for candidates with pioneering spirit that make data-driven decisions and take responsibility for the best outcome of their internal customers. responsabilidades chave

? Manage incoming phone calls, emails and chat messages
? Maintain a positive and friendly tone with customers at all times
? Identify and assess Airbus travelers needs to achieve satisfaction and maintain professional customer support
? Build sustainable relationships and trust with Airbus travelers through open and interactive communication
? Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the knowledge about Airbus Policies/guidelines, country specific Tax laws and usage of Expense reporting tools.
? Handle Airbus travelers complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution and keep records of customer
interactions
? Meet personal/Customer Care Team targets and call handling quotas
? Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

competências

1+ years work experience, ideally in Customer Support or Contact Center
Fluency in English and one of the following languages: French, German, or Spanish
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Ability to communicate clearly with endusers, peers and management
Customer focus and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
