The company's core business is certification, supported and strengthened by inspection, testing, training and technology services.To manage the further growth and to strengthen the management team of the Company, we are looking for a Finance Manager who will head the Finance organisation of the Portuguese and Brazilian entities. This role will be based in Lisboa, Portugal.
Descrição
Be a pro-active member of the management team and act as a business partner towards the other team members;Assist in the business strategy for the Company's operations and activities;
Convert the strategy into financial (revenue and cost) targets for the activities and forecast and monitor the actual business performance; analyse deviations from targets and report about this;
Responsible for all finance, accounting and administration activities;
Ensure that all financial and administrative policies are accurate, well documented and consistently applied in the organization;
Provide the financial reporting; secure and provide adequate and well prepared information for consolidation of results at the Corporate company level;
Optimize cash flow and working capital;
Liaise/interact with external stakeholders (ia tax, auditors);
Support with M&A activities and post-acquisition integration
Assist in building organizational harmony and encouraging efforts towards common goals.
Perfil desejado
Academic or Higher Education level Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy. A post-master RA/RC degree is an advantage;Minimum of 10 years in a senior finance role, preferably with around 4 years in a similar position. Affinity with the sector, whereby experience within an hour environment would be considered an asset;
Certified Accountant - OCC member (former OTOC);
Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions, specifically with the post-merger integration is an advantage;
Experience in leading a quality financial organization in terms of process integrity, efficiency improvement, personnel motivation and process optimisation;
Experience in working, reporting and communicating in a complex and multicultural environment;
The candidate must be a team player and has good communication and leadership skills;
Pro-active and energetic and able to make well-balanced and well informed decisions;
Experience with IFRS accounting and reporting is an advantage;
Experience with implementation of ERP software (SAGE) and with Microsoft Dynamics would be an added value;
Fluent in English (mandatory).

It is a position for Finance Department start-up. The Company has 50 employees in Portugal and a number of subcontractors are also supporting the organization. Another 4 people are employed in Brasil.Resumo
