responsabilidades chave

• your role:
• Controlling Methods & Processes:
• understand and formalize the Controlling processes and interfaces;
• take part of the process documentation improvements and associated updates;
• design and map efficient and collaborative ways of working within the Controlling
• organization;
• drive continuous improvement of the Controlling methods and processes;
• Controlling Tools & Digitization Projects:
• support the Controlling digitization initiatives, from a project management perspective, which are launched in the frame of the Controlling transformation;
• support the Design & Implementation of the planning solutions within an end-to-end approach;
• monitor user stories / use case;
• support the tool selection;
• assist in the user acceptance tests;
• demonstrate and coordinate the interactions and connections between different streams of the project by creating an integrated project roadmap;
• define and implement a change management strategy;
• develop a communications kit;
• manage various stakeholders within the Airbus Finance community;
• take part of the functional processes & tool documentation;

competências

• If you have:
• business Management education in Finance or other related fields;
• experience in Finance / Project Management;
• basic knowledge of Controlling;
• IT background is a plus;
• willingness to pioneer and set a path;
• excellent stakeholder management;
• strong adaptability and reactivity;
• communication skills are key, creating trustful relationship quickly with remote work context and maintaining a broad network within project members.
