Kelly IT is currently recruiting a Continuous ServiceNow Developer (m/f), to directly integrate our client in Lisbon.

Our client is a global medical products and technologies company focused on therapies for the management of chronic conditions, with leading market positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence, and critical care, and infusion devices.

Purpose of role

This position is responsible for developing our client ServiceNow environment across production and non-production instances.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Resolves the resolution of data and Discovery errors, issues, and discrepancies.
  • Performs data analysis
  • Works with cross-functional SMEs on issue resolution and process compliance
  • Manages and resolves incidents, problems, and requests against ServiceNow applications/services including engagement with ServiceNow HI support where necessary
  • Reviews, tests, and migrates configuration for production release
  • Assists program manager in driving ServiceNow upgrade planning and execution
  • Assists instance Security, User/Group Access/Access Control Lists
  • Assists instance patching
  • Assists in training of core platform navigation and features (e.g. reports, filtering, favorites, etc.)
  • Contributes to ServiceNow knowledge base
  • Assists platform integrations
  • Champions standards and best practices

Professional Competencies

  • 3 years of experience with Javascript and SQL (Mandatory)
  • Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (Mandatory)
  • Knowledge and experience in requirements documentation, test case writing, story acceptance criteria, and technical functional design
  • Experience with business process design
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to work across diverse organizations and build effective relationships/partnership
  • Familiarity with remediating pattern, probes, and sensor issues
  • Experience with creation and/or validation of relationships data
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model

Personal Competencies

  • Conducts solid stakeholder and risk analysis on key issues
  • Weighs alternatives and considers service, business and financial implications of decisions
  • Provides guidance, constructive input and motivation to less experienced team members
  • Translates business plans into objectives for the ServiceNow portfolio

Experience

  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM and ITBM areas
  • Experience with Customer Service Management, Governance Risk and Compliance, Integration Hub and scoped applications a plus
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
