Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.

competências
- Masters degree in IT Finance ideally and a minimum experience in Finance Systems or IT domain using SAP
- You are familiar/experienced with SAP Customizing Finance domain (FI/CO)
- You have basic knowledge of IFRS accounting rules (balance sheet, income statement, Free Cash Flow)
- Proficiency in Microsoft (excel) and Google (google sheet)
- Language Skills: Negotiation level in English (permanent interactions in English)
- You are keen to learn and acquire new technical skills
- You like working in a challenging environment
- Team spirit, reliability and customer-oriented mindset are values you fully integrate in your daily activities
- Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proven ability to work in a team and independently
responsabilidades
- You will support the Financial Systems – Consolidation team in its mission to maintain the quality, the availability and the necessary adaptations of the consolidation system to the different requirements (internal and triggered by international regulations)
- As part of the Consolidation Finance System team, you will actively contribute to the following activities:
- Update of the consolidation system according to the specifications and business requirements. You will ensure that the necessary tests have been performed and you will collaborate with the team to prevent any disruption of the consolidation process during the closing period.
- Monthly update of Master Data of FACTS (specifically Repository of Airbus subsidiaries)
- During the closing process, supporting the accounting users during the intercompany reconciliation process running into system for the group intercompany reconciliation
- Audit phase: preparation of information required by the auditors
