- Giving technical support in English to clients with mobile devices;
- Ensure the customers satisfaction and continuity with the company;
- Providing information with regards to products/services available;
- Embodying the best the company has to offer.
competências
- High school certificate or equivalent (mandatory);
- English native or fluent speaker (mandatory);
- Fiber optic internet connection (mandatory), since you'll be initially working from home;
- Available to work full-time and with rotating schedules;
- Able to provide technical support to the customers;
- Good communication and argumentation skills.

- Total Package: up to 1176€ (base salary+monthly bonuses+monthly meal allowance)
- 40 hours per week with rotating hours from Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
