- - Degree in Finance/Accounting/similar
- - SSC previous experience
- - Fluency in written and spoken english and french / German / italian
- - knowledge of SAP/concur is a plus
- - Ability to multi task

responsabilidades
- Analyze data to ensure proper expensing procedures have been followed
- Communicate with travelers to get explanations on error detected
- Investigate and report to the Manager any inconsistencies or out of policy expenses detected
- Interact with employees seeking support for questions about their travel expenses and resolve the issues reported
- Act as a connection with our stakeholders and partners
- Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about corporate procedures
- Drive process improvement and policy development iniciatives that impact the function
- Analyze SAP data to understand payments status and provide payment proofs
- Coordinate with other teams to solve issues with payments and report the findings to stakeholders
