- document verification and validation at the time of registration (backoffice) through Salesforce;
- onboarding session, with buyers from the Polish market, to explain and identify the best offer (advice, sales);
- debt collection in the event of non-payment by buyers;
- after-sales coordination (issues with purchases or transport coordination);
competências
- high school diploma (mandatory);
- native/fluent in polish;
- advanced English (C1);
