responsabilidades chave

Serial production Follow-up (all Programmes):
Update several KPIs to produce the project performance presentations;
Follow-up KPIs for SID transformation project;
Update the project follow-up & KPIs on a weekly basis;
Generate periodical reports.
Programme support & Technical Review Meeting (TRM) preparation:
TRM are organized on a fortnightly basis on each programme (SA, LR, A350 & A380);
Weekly support is expected on two programmes to prepare the Technical Review Meeting; Exceptions - must be the data extracted on the monday to support the production performance review;
Following topics have to be prepared with the programme manager and different business operations;
? Parking & Storage and Return To Service
? Master Minimum Equipment List & Master Configuration Deviation List
? Scheduled Maintenance
? Backlog: Focus on MPM (Modification Proposal) on Delivered Aircraft
? Head of Version Entry Into Service Readiness
? Next a/c deliveries. Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Completeness
? In Service Issues (Major In Service Problem/Request For Work/FAIR)
? Upgrades Service Bulletin
? Maintenance Safety Competence Team // OCC (Occurrence) no more than Major
? Instructions for Continued Airworthiness Recovery
? Projects / Incremental Developments
? Quality improvement projects
Each topic, KPIs to support the presentation have to be prepared, which will be reflected in the performance reviews;
To identify topics on which a specific action plan has to be managed;
To perform the action plan follow-up on request of the programme manager.
A/C Development Completeness follow-up:
Check completeness of TD deliveries in line with the development schedule;
Define and produce associated KPI per manual type on a weekly basis;
Update Programme schedule accordingly.
Meetings participation and organization:
Participation in Programme coordination meetings (PRM, TRM, ..) in order to consolidate completeness contribution from SIDx Domains;
Provide Minutes and ensure follow-up of actions.
Good receipt management - Manage goods receipts into different tools (click & buy, etc).

competências

Education level: master degree (Engineering with project management, or Business Administration);
3-5 years of experience;
Languages: English negotiation, French as an asset;
Tools: Google suite advance evel is mandatory;
Other tools as a plus: UP3P, VersionOne, Ideaspace, Planisware E7, Qliksense, ARM.
