Fórum Selecção is looking for a Business Management Senior Officer (M/F)), for Corporate Client in LisboaMain tasks and goals:
- Manage and coordinate the financials for the full Digital and Data Office scope;
- Management of project portfolio;
- Develop and own data models and dashboards, for example in Excel, SharePoint (amongst others), with the purpose of consolidating, analysing and reporting data in a structured and articulated way to support and inform business decisions;
- Contribute to the development or maintenance of new data models and presentations in a large range of activities, such as budget monitoring, space management, monitoring of the recruitment, results of internal surveys, among others;
- Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making by conducting studies and research;
- Collaborate with external partners, such as auditors, recruiters, universities and governmental institutions.
Profile and skills we look for:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum English level of C1;
- Previous experience in financial management, consulting, auditing, operational management or other related fields;
- Analytical skills including strong modelling skills;
- Knowledge in accounting or management controlling;
- Ability to deliver / Results driven;
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Sharepoint is a plus.
