Reporting to the CEO the Business Development Manager will be responsible for:Research real estate market opportunities, creating connections with local brokers and competitors.
Prospection of underwriters for new real estate projects.
Negotiation with real estate developers' local connections to propose private financing solutions for company business partners.
Research and identify new real estate business opportunities - includingnew markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products,and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets.
Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims andobjectives to develop and improve the business.
Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and beable to advise others about them.
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Perfil desejado
* 8+ years of experience in the Real Estate market.* Degree in Finance, Management, MBA, and correlated areas.* Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or excee targets.* Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.* Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating.with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well aspresentation skills.* Pack Office.* Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work.* The ability to multitask and prioritise your workload.* Project management and organisational skills.* Negotiating skills.* Ability to analyse sales figures and write reports.* A flexible approach to work with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced,ever-changing environment.Oferecemos
