• Qualities & Skills
• Good knowledge in Gherkin (> 6 months) or similar solution;
• Functional Role. Should have knowledge in financial events of operations and certification/knowhow in financial products;
• Identifies and help the client understand the business model, value and value proposition;
• Organizational and time management skills, needs to be also autonomous and have leadership to work with product owner with the aim of absorb and model the product and report via user story;
• Knowledge of different work methodologies & different cultures;
• Pragmatic and results-oriented;

• Technical Skills Required
• Evidences of Success Track over Functional Role working in agile methodologies
• Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team;
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams;
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
• Knowledge over JIRA software
• Preference by priority:
• BABOK certification
• Design Thinking
• Knowledge in Financial Markets (Derivatives)
• Scrum Master / Agile certification or relevant experience

• Qualifications
• At least 3 years of relevant experience or fulfill most of the preferred items
