Our client is a reference company in the FMCG sector who is looking to hire a new Assistant Brand Manager.

The Assistant Brand Manager will help develop, negotiate and implement consumer and marketing strategies based on;In-depth analysis of the consumer, market and sales processes with all stakeholders;Learn and implement concepts of consumer and market study locally regarding the products;Play a role in designing and executing POS campaigns for each brand (3 brands);Support the brand manager by managing relationship with external stakeholders - creative agencies, consumer research etc;Support and manage customer care initiatives, measurement of KPIs, analysis and action for each one;Create, track and analyze Business KPIs for every area/product;Campaign implementation with sales teams and creation of tools to enable POS excellence.

Perfil desejado

Background in marketing, management or similar areas;At least 1 year of experience in similar functions; Background in FMCG or retail (valuable);English (B2 at least);Good communication skills and stakeholder management;Focus on problem solving as a team.
