Our client is a multinational company focused in health care products that aims to recruit a Area Business Manager for dermocosmetic market.responsabilidades chave
Manage, develop and motivate the team of Information Medical DelegatesDevelops and executes annual local professional medical marketing plan with a clear strategy and measurable objectives
Defines and follows-up key performance indicators (KPIs) and critical success factors
Implements clinical studies and participates in Global studies, also identifying the need for clinical studies based on market analysis (new products / life cycle management)
Initiates and local medical tracking based on the Global recommendation
Responsible for HCP targeting and segmentation
Ensures roll-out in line with global strategy
Manage hybrid Detailing model, successfully combining face-to-face & Digital activations
competências
Academic degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Dermatology (or other scientific similar degree);Minimum 2 years experience in a leadership role
Minimum 5 years in Medical visit (preferentially in Dermatology)
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Available to travel
