One of our clients is a multinational company looking for French speakers to insert in a technical support project in their office branch in Portugal.
You will provide information about products/services and solve accurately and effectively any emerging problems that our client's customers might face. You are required to be patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The main goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* French Speaker;
* Good Knowledge of PC (hardware, software, internet);
* Ability to work in a team environment;
* Preferably with experience in customer service.
* Higher than the national average salary
* 1-year employment contract with our client (renewable);
* Training, support and internal career progression plan.
* Health insurance will be provided at your convenience, and after six months you will be upgraded to private insurance.
