Kelly Services is a leader in providing workforce solutions and our client is an internationally networked outsourcing services provider.Currently, for their Lisbon office, we are looking for Airline Customer Support, with fluency in Italian (m/f) to reinforce our client’s team, based in Lisbon, Portugal.
As an Airline Customer Support (m/f), your main job is to handle calls related to bookings, cancellations, lost luggage, flights, tickets, problems with flight schedule, the scale of charges and promotion campaigns.
Profile required:
- Native or fluency in Italian (plus English) (mandatory);
- Previous experience in similar functions (mandatory);
- Experience with GDS tools, namely: Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre (will be plus);
- Analytical thinking and organization;
- Resistance to stress;
- Results driven;
- Flexible and committed.
Workplace – Parque das Nações
Workload – Monday to Sunday, between 07h – 19h
Conditions: RBM 893€ + Meal Allowance + Health Insurance + Transport Allowance + Annual Bonus until 1200€
We Offer:
