Adecco Human Resources is, through it's Shared Service Center Recruitment team, searching and hiring English speakers for a role of an Accounts Payable in voice processing for it's prestigious client.Funções
- Manage incoming invoices;- Ensure correct processing of invoices, credit and debit notes incl. posting and check of legal requirements, especially VAT;
- Analyze price/ quantity differences for received goods and services and follow up with other functions;
- Develop process documentation;
- Liaise with colleagues in other plants and teams to solve issues with invoices;
Requisitos
- ERP System experience - SAP FI (mandatory), and experience in the use of MS Office tools- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Attention to detail
- Professional experience in accounting and shared service environment is a plus
- Academic background in accounting or management is a plus
- Communication skills and cooperative mindset, high level
