As a logistics employee you will work in a large Bol.com warehouse in Waalwijk or you'll work for Bijenkorf in Tilburg. The company is divided into 4 departments: picking, packing, putaway and receiving. In consultation with the customer and based on your skills, you will be placed in a specific department. Your activities include collecting orders and packing products.
Ingram Micro is a fast growing company, with branches all over the world. At Ingram Micro Netherlands you are dealing with products from, for example, bol.com or Bijenkorf.We work in teams, with support from the team leaders and flex coaches you will be helped from A to Z. In addition, there is the possibility to qualify for a permanent appointment at the client.
Ingram Micro regularly has nice surprises for the staff, on warm days you can get some fresh drinks at the entrance and in the summer they hand out ice creams. In addition, they give little things like chocolate or bicycle lights if there is something to celebrate. There is a large canteen with free water, tea, coffee and soup. Microwaves and refrigerators are provided.
Offer
At Ingram Micro you work in shifts, the shifts differ per department. The customer decides where you are placed.
As logistic employee you receive a salary of € 10.50 / hour.
Working for this client entitles you in some cases to an allowance:
Overtime bonus (more than 8 hours / day) 25%
Saturday & Sunday 50%
Evening (19:00 - 00:00) 10%
Night (00:00 - 07: 00) 25%
Holidays 50%
What do we expect from you?
- You have a good command of the Dutch or English language;
- You don't mind working in shifts.
- You have experience working in a warehouse.
