Our client is looking for a French speaking Customer Service Agent to join their offices in Oeiras, Portugal.Responsibilities:
Build and maintain a strong relationship with customers by providing prompt and accurate service in order to promote customer loyalty via several media channels.
Liaising regularly with the Finance department and validating the KYC (Know Your Customer) documents in orderto facilitate customers' monetary transactions.
Working closely with the Technical department in order to remain aware of and to solve any potential technicalissues associated with the products.
Communicating with the Marketing department to escalate and solve any issue that may arise.
Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service to resolve any kind of inquiry.
Being aware and keeping up to date with all the procedures related to your department.
Being able to point out any process weaknesses and escalate it to the management.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in French (writing and speaking), native speaker.
Good command of English.
Highly motivated team player.
High level of empathy.
Able to work in a high-volume work environment.Self-motivated with a positive attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in a customer service position is an asset.
