competências

• Bachelors Degree in Hospitality/Tourism;
• 3 years minimum experience as a Hotel Manager in a Luxury Resort (international exposure will be appreciated);
• Property industry work experience, demonstrating progressive career growth and
• a pattern of exceptional performance;
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential, knowledge
• of other languages is a plus;
• Very good knowledge of hotel management software;
• Proven leadership skills, results oriented, customer focused and with a strong eye to detail;
• Demonstrable aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving;
• Reliable with an ability to multi-task and work well under pressure;
• Dedication and willingness to go above and beyond;
• Strong work ethics.
