RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain clerical accounting records, i.e. register all petty cash expenses as well as other expenses, such as cheques, direct debits, transfers, payments, etc.)
- Compile weekly summaries and present monthly financial reports;
- Register all business income and costs;
- Prepare business models, based on historical data and forecasting provisions;
- Elaborate cash-flow reports, using historical data and anticipated business revenue (monthly, yearly, 5-yearly...);
- Carry out monthly bank reconciliation movements (for both personal and business accounts);
- Elaborate weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
PROFILE:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting & Finance or similar with 5+ years of experience;
- Proficiently use of Excel and spreadsheets
- Passionate with figures;
- Accurate detail-oriented and highly organized
- Proficiency in finance and bookkeeping;
- (Mandatory) Fluency in both Portuguese and English languages, including technical.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- High energy and positive attitude, with the ability to collaborate well with team members.
