Our client is an international payment services provider that helps businesses exceed the needs of their international customers. They help merchants, acquirers and shoppers navigate the complex world of international payments.
At this moment they are expanding their business in Portugal, and they are looking for Network Support Agents (m/f) to join the Hospitality Department.

Role Overview
As a Network Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by email by recording details of inquiries and actions taken. You will also handle technical investigation requests directly from our Hoteliers about the Network issues and follow up on Customer interactions. You will handle contract issues and location temporary changes, provide Reports as requested by Sales, among other administrative tasks. In addition, you will provide support to hotels about all the different functions and operations of the internal application; create individual clients, companies and agencies profiles; check in/check out; accounting: billing/deposit, bad debt and managing conference rooms bookings as well as reservations.

Who you are?

• You have strong customer service/support attitude;
• You have strong skills in MS Office (especially MS Excel/Outlook);
• You have basic IT knowledge beyond Office suits is an advantage, but a desire to continuously learn and apply new knowledge is a requirement;
• You are fluent in English and native in French;
• Ability to adapt to an ever-changing market place.
