Monthly Performance up to: 200€
Remote - Athens
Part of your daily activities will be:
Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
Answering how-to questions about payments, invoices and other services
Troubleshooting technical issues using your problem-solving skills
Assisting customers with product functionalities
What do we expect:
Fluency in English ( C1 level )
Exceptional communication & soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
Computer knowledge/tech savviness
What we offer:
Full time, fixed-term Greek employment contract
Salary: 1045€ gross+Monthly Performance up to: 200€ + 2 additional salaries per year
