• - Bachelor or Master degree or equivalent
• Experience:
• - Good experience in one SAP ERP (CS, MM, SD, ) or SAP CRM area
• Specific skills:
• - Adequate interpersonal skills - to work self-dependent
• - Customer orientation
• - English advanced
• - General IT skills (IT networks, Windows server and client operating systems, data backup solutions)
• -Knowledge in SQL, My SQL , C# , Visual studio, Report builder are preferential

responsabilidades

• Business System Key-User is responsible to maintain and continuous improve IRS processes in OMPP supporting the Local process Key-owner and IT developer.
• That role includes:
• - Requirements and Change Requests for the IRS system in OMPP
• - Master Data maintenance process in OMPP
• - Manage local training material
• - Function as main local Key User for IRS Integrated Repair Solution and coordinate local key user community
• - Support IRS system tests (Unit Test, Integration Test, User Acceptance Test)
