Your role
As an Agile Coach you encourage and empower everyone on the team. You coach all team members formally and informally striving to unlock the potential in everyone. You are the defender of Agile methodologies and evangelize core Agile principle.
- You help the team to perform better collectively and individually, support and enable the team on the way to self-organization
- You facilitate of workshops for the application of agile process models
- You organize and moderate retrospectives and other meetings
- You encourage collaboration between the Scrum team, Product Manager and other stakeholder
- You advise the Project Manager in the development of the product vision, stories and backlog
Who you are
- You have experience as Agile Coach and experience as Scrum Master
- You are familiar with applying agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) and techniques in the IT environment
- You understand end-to-end software delivery and project management experience
- You enjoy shaping complex project setups with different stakeholders
