competências

• Background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Electronical);
• Proven experience in project management in a complex industrial context, including in r&d project phase (mandatory);
• Know-how of the Project Management best practices (PMO, PMI, waterfall, agile, scrum, fmea);
• Large autonomy in planning projects of product development and industrial engineering;
• Design to cost interpretation capacity;
• Risk management and proactive mitigation capacity;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Mindset oriented for results and high quality patterns;
• Critical thinking and problem solving high skills.
