responsabilidades chave

• The production and operations execution for the client brands and collaborate with different teams (Product Division, QA, Buying&Planning) to achieve on-time production execution in North of Portugal region. For this, it will be necessary to:
• work very closely with vendors and factories to track bulk process
• visit factories regularly to ensure the production planning is adhered to
• execute based on agreed product and service standard as well as cost objectives from the brands
• system data entry and verify/correct the data put in by the vendors where necessary
• WIP management, VMS PSR data accuracy ownership
• track on-time delivery performance of the vendors, report to the business on weekly basis.
• create and edit regional escalation chart on production issues
• work together with Buying&Planning department to assist them in capacity planning, PO placement and buying operations.
• follow-up with QA Teams in the field to get feed-back on possible hiccups in production.

competências

• Higher degree
• 3-5 years relevant experience
• Apparel, material or technical background
• Should have experience in buying/trading office or manufacturing environment
• Strong manufacturing knowledge
• Ability to work with in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual, multi-time zone environment
• Ability to think out of the box
• Ability to work together with vendors on daily basis
• High planning ability
• High problem-solve profile.
