Funções
As a HR Business Partner in our team, you will be part of a team where we are Passionate Game Changers. You will be involved in a wide range of HR activities that will include supporting day-to-day operation’s needs & requests, supporting the employee performance program, employee development, and updating HR policies and practices. The role of the HR business partner is to make sure human resource policy and procedures throughout the organization fit the needs, goals, and aims of the organization and top leadership.Requisitos
• Fluent English and/or French (minimum level C1)• Act as a link with operations to enhance engagement and satisfaction of employees
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Execute and improve talent retention strategy
• Work with Recruitment by identifying candidates for internal mobilities
• Coordinate welcome, onboarding, and follow-up sessions
• Actively participate in transversal HR Projects (e.g., performance management and talent management)
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies
• Oversee contract management, renewals, compensation, and benefits
