Kelly Services is now recruiting French Customer Support (m/f) for an enterprise situated in Braga.Are you looking for a stable and good working professional environment? Do you like to help others with something, so they can have and reach more and better? Then, this opportunity is definitely for you!
You will work as Customer Support, dealing with customers over the phone, email & chat, and help them to overcome the question/doubt that leads them to contact the customer service line, so they can have more and reach to that better. The ultimate goal is 100% customer satisfaction and 100% your own satisfaction.
Profile:
• Excellent fluency in written and spoken French (eliminatory);
• Fluency in English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong customer orientation;
• Flexible and committed.
