WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead and execute projects within recruitment, employer branding, people operations, learning and development, culture, and employee experience
- Develop our strategy within recruiting and talent development together with Director of Talent, COO and CEO
- Stay abreast of market trends and contribute to driving the company forward
- Work closely with department leaders and team leaders to execute key hires and onboardings
- Analyze data and performance to optimize our processes, identify trends and improvement areas, and to inform actions and decisions
- Work with huge amounts of data across many acquisition funnels and training paths, optimize our leading automated processes
- Collaborate daily with teammates and hiring managers located globally
- Lead interviews and assessments of candidates
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with the Talent team and internal stakeholders to problem solve and discuss updates, share learnings and brainstorm on process improvements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, startup or other high-paced, client-facing environment
- Interest in the area of Talent Acquisition and Development
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proficient in the use of the G Suite (especially Google Sheets)
- Ability to think critically about current processes/ strategies/ policies, communicate point-of-view on these topics and share suggestions for improvement
- Ability to manage different stakeholders expectations, recognize risks and manage issues proactively
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Ability to multitask with overview and structure
- Ability to work and effectively collaborate in a (remote) team
- Hard-working, flexible and available team player
- Analytical skills, data-driven mindset, ability to work with, and draw conclusions from, huge amounts of data across many acquisition funnels
