competências

• The main requirements are the following:
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or similar;
• Between 3 and 5 years in similar functions, preferably in industry;
• Experience in sharepoint administration;
• Certification in Sharepoint and ITIL;
• Knowledge of database and virtual systems;
• Development of web tools;
• Experience in project management;
• Good knowledge in English (oral and written).

responsabilidades

• This role includes the following tasks:
• Implement and update list and SharePoint solutions to facilitate data collection and reporting;
• Implement and develop automatic workflow in SharePoint;
• Provide training, support and documentation for SharePoint end users and Key users;
• Drive the evolution of governance documentation, designing best practices, documentation procedures;
• Advise and support business process on SharePoint functionality, suggesting improvement to the process or methodology;
• Work collaboratively with the business users and other IT groups to design, build, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and site collections;
• Collaborate with business users, on “SharePoint Projects” which may include requirements, use case development and analysis, solution design, and project management;
• General troubleshooting in SharePoint;
• Implement document metadata and taxonomy.
