- Software Development: Object Oriented programming skills (Java, C++ or similar);
- Familiarity with the AGILE development methodology is highly desirable;

- Knowledge of embedded microcontroller programming is appreciated;
- Willingness to work in a multinational team environment;
- Good communication skills, both in Portuguese and English;

responsabilidades
- Design and develop code for specific requirements, focusing on software quality and maintainability;- Assess and plan the time needed for a determined task;
- Organize requirements and document implementation plan (UML);
- Test and provide support for the developed code;
- Software architecture planning, design and implementation for a gas fired boiler system;
- Analyse customer, system, and safety requirements to derive software architecture requirements;
- Design, document, and implement a reusable software architecture based upon generated requirements;
- Incorporate requirements of traceability into the software architecture;
- Develop and implement an architecture verification plan;
- Develop documentation to comply with Product Development Department best practices;
- Interface with appliance development to understand requirements and review designs;
- Participate in software process development activities;
- Participate in control unit certification process activities;
- Review and understand Technical References and Data Sheets for the system's microcontroller, connectivity and interface circuits and display components;
- Design, document and support implementation of functional test procedures for mass production.
